If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you allow this only in individual cases. The deactivation of cookies however, may limit the functionality of our website.

Google Maps

Our website uses Google Maps to display interactive maps. Google Maps is a map service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information about the use of this website, including your IP address, may be transferred to Google in the United States. The content of the map will be transmitted by Google directly to your browser and incorporated by it into the website. Web Analytics (Google Analytics)

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Use is made on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f. DSGVO. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and that allow an analysis of the use of the website by you. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website such as:

  • Browser type / version,
  • used operating system,
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
  • Time of the server request

are usually transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored there. The IP address provided by Google Analytics within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data provided by Google. We have also extended the code “anonymizeIP” on this website to Google Analytics. This guarantees the masking of your IP address so that all data is collected anonymously. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services relating to website usage and internet usage to the website operator. You can prevent the storage of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to the full extent.

You may also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install:

https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en

We use Google Analytics to analyze data from double-click cookies and Google Ads for statistical purposes. If you do not want to do this, you can disable it through the Ads Preferences Manager (http://www.google.com/settings/ads/onweb/?hl=en). For more information about your privacy related to Google Analytics, see the Google Analytics Help Center (https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en).

We have concluded a corresponding contract data processing contract with the provider. Your IP address will be collected but pseudonymised [eg by deleting the last 8 bits]. As a result, only a rough localization is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on Privacy Shield. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of the § 96 exp. 3 TKG as well as the art. 6 exp. 1 a (consent) and / or (legitimate interest) of the GDPR (GDPR and Austrian Telecommunications Act, TKG2003).

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law, legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. The user data is kept for a period of 38 months.

Use of Facebook social plugins

Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network Facebook operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition “Social Plug-in of Facebook” or “Facebook Social Plugin”. An overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here:

https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins?locale=en_US

If you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser connects directly to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted by Facebook directly to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are currently not logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) will be transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.

If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can immediately assign the visit to our website to your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Like” button or leaving a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information will also be posted on your Facebook profile and displayed to your Facebook friends.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights and options to protect your privacy, please refer to the privacy policy of Facebook:
http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

If you do not want Facebook to directly assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can completely prevent the loading of Facebook plugins even with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the “Facebook Blocker”.

Privacy Policy for the use of Instagram

Our website uses features of the Instagram service. These features are provided by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking on the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate the visit of our pages with your user account. We point out that we as the provider of the pages do not receive any knowledge of the content of the transmitted data and their use by Instagram.
